We have been working with Aristo – a Russian furniture company since 2018, and they require development of novel products every year. In 2022, they came to us for customizing a complete mesh basket drawer production line from raw materials to final products in accordance with their design drawings and desired output of 450-500 pieces per day (8 hours).

Before we started the project, this customer has supplied us samples and all of their product drawings. They required that the production line has to be designed with high automation level, high production efficiency and better cost effectiveness, in addition to satisfying their desired production capacity. After an in-depth analysis of the samples and drawings, our team of engineers obtained a basic understanding of the complete production process.
In response to the needs of this customer, detailed explanation of the entire production line and the conceptual drawings for every piece of equipment have been provided. Along with that, a quotation for the overall cost of the project was given. Approximately 7 days were spent for developing the solution of the entire project.

Following receipt of the solution proposal, the customer scheduled online conferences with us via phone call and video call. About a month passed during the entire conference process. Throughout this time, our engineer team made three revisions to the solution, ultimately fulfilling the customer's requirements.
The customer signed a contract and a technical agreement with us. The entire project took about three months, including 25 machines and 7 sets of molds with different sizes.
As per customer request, we purchased raw materials for testing the performance of the production line and informed the customer to come to our company for acceptance after the test was over. We made delivery arrangements after acceptance.
