    Designed with the advanced Mitsubishi servo control system, our equipment allows individual control of the X-axis for the die movement, the Y-axis for the longitudinal movement of the welding arm, and the A-axis for 360° rotation of the welding wheel.

    Customized Mould

    The mould is made of pure copper, POM and vacuum cup. For product with different sizes and radius, changing the mould is required.

  • Water-cooled Welding Wheel
    Water-cooled Welding Wheel

    The welding wheel is constructed with beryllium cobalt copper. With a diameter of 100mm and a weld width of 3mm, this welding wheel ensures efficient and precise performance.

  • Customized Sanding Belt
    Customized Sanding Belt

    Two sanding belts are designed, one for coarse sanding, the other for fine grinding or polishing. Each stainless steel sink undergoes coarse sanding and fine polishing process, which ensures high quality surface finish.
