Before delivery of equipment, we will send customers a list of wear parts including welding consumables like electrodes, and common parts such as pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, servo motor, servo drive, encoder, PLC control, sensor and power supply circuit board. When there is a need for replacing spare parts, we generally ship them out in less than a day due to our vast inventory of spare parts in stock available. However, it is advised to purchase extra quantities of parts and accessories in advance.

If any machine fault occurs, please kindly furnish us with the following details in order for us to address the issue:

• Please provide us the nameplate of the machine and tell us the serial number.
• Please elaborate the problem of your machine. What kind of issue is it, electrical, mechanical or welding problem?
• Please explain any abnormalities that happened before the machine failure? Have you changed the factory setting or altered the program, or replaced the parts by yourself?
• To aid in the analysis of your problem, please kindly send us images and videos of the machine failure. For instance, pictures of welding parameter settings or pictures of circuit board in operation.
• Please let us know the model number of the faulty parts.

On the basis of the above information obtained from customer, we will designate our after-sales engineers to contact you in order to look further into the machine problem. We guarantee that the replacement of spare parts will be handled within 24 hours if there is a quality problem with the parts. In the event that the problem is with a program, we will help you solve it.
