After receiving the deposit from customer, our specialists and engineers will work as a team and look closely at customer's needs, and then work out design drawings for welding equipment. The drawings designed with 3D modeling and CAD software will be provided within 1 to 7 days for customer pre-approval.
Following the customer's confirmation of the design drawings, we start acquiring raw materials and manufacturing the mechanical parts of welding equipment.
A detailed production schedule (containing the time required for equipment designing, mold designing, parts procurement & machining, machine body welding, mechanical and electrical components assembly, machine commissioning, inspection and acceptance) will be provided to customer within 24 hours. And we will keep customer informed about the production progress by providing photos of production on site every week.
Electrical components will be equipped once the mechanical components are accomplished.
After the completion of welding equipment production, customer will be asked for sending samples to test the performance of the finished equipment. We will provide customer with production videos and photos of welding machine for customer's pre-acceptance.
Once the pre-acceptance is approved, we will invite customer to our plant for on-site acceptance, or online video acceptance as per customer request.
The final quality control will be carried out by one quality inspector who mainly focuses on appearance and performance inspection and gives the final inspection report prior to packaging and shipping.
User manual and installation guide for water/electricity/gas and machine operating video will be provided to customers, in order to help users prepare their site ahead of time.
Customer arranges the final payment for the equipment, and shipping space booking and equipment loading can usually be done in a week.
