We provide English instruction, circuit diagram, installation video and operating video. Besides, our engineers are always at customer service, 24 hours a day, to provide online support for installation and commissioning guide.
We can designate our engineers to provide on-site training for installation and commissioning, reservations need to be made 4 to 14 days in advance.
If any problem arises with software, you have the choice to connect your computer to PLC of the machine. Our engineers will analyze the problem and try to troubleshoot through remote control.
Customers will receive user manuals for routine maintenance, and training service is also provided to ensure they master the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Customer setting backup can be achieved, and we also upgrade customer's current software for capacity expanding.
We offer extended warranty service.
We regularly contact our customers to track the status of equipment being used. If there is any after-sales concern, our customer service department will respond within 24 hours.
If any parts are damaged, replacement parts will be shipped out within a day.

Project Management
After receiving the deposit from customer, our specialists and engineers will work as a team and look closely at customer's needs, and then work out design drawings for welding equipment.
Quality Assurance
All equipment is covered by a free one-year warranty, and an extended warranty is available as per customer request.
On-Site Service
To dispatch technicians to customer's location for the purpose of installation, commissioning and training, customer has to inform us 7 to 14 days in advance when the equipment is delivered.
Spare Parts Supply
Before delivery of equipment, we will send customers a list of wear parts including welding consumables like electrodes, and common parts such as pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, servo motor, servo drive, encoder...
