To dispatch technicians to customer's location for the purpose of installation, commissioning and training, customer has to inform us 7 to 14 days in advance when the equipment is delivered.

Customer need to complete the on-site service feedback form before technicians depart.

Our training services include:

• Giving the explanation for the basic structure, main performance and fundamental principles of the equipment;
• Providing welding safety tips and protection precautions;
• Training on switching orders, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting;
• Guidelines for replacing wear parts and regular parts, with advice on safety measures to be followed;
• Guiding on the usage of operating software and numerous related drawing software, as well as process parameters settings;

Notes: on-site services may incur additional charges, and air-tickets, hotel and food are the customer's responsibility.
